Our crown jewel! This 70 m² Suite provides a separate bedroom, a spacious living room, turn-down service and a bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and Rituals amenities. On your terrace overlooking the sea or the pool, you’ll unwind in your private whirlpool or on your Bali bed: relaxation at its best!

Free entry to the Spa for guests staying in this room type a minimum of 7 nights. Likewise, guests can choose between two restaurants for dinner: Food Market or the Mediterranean specialty restaurant (please reserve one day in advance, upon availability and only for guests with half board, full board or all inclusive).

The management is not responsible for money, jewellery or valuables not deposited in the room safes. We therefore recommend the use of the safety deposit boxes.

The following operations must be carried out in order for them to work properly:

LOCKING THE SAFE
- Check that the door of the safe remains open on arrival.
- Enter a personal 4-digit code that you can remember.
- Press the # key to confirm your code and close the door.
- When the door is closed, the display will show the message "CLOSED" followed by the personal code entered as a reminder.

OPENING THE SAFE
- To open the safe, key in the same code you used last time to lock the door again, followed by the # key.

ATTENTION!
- If an incorrect personal code is entered three times in succession, the safe will be locked for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes you can use the safe again.

On the day of your departure, make sure that the safe door remains open. 

In your room you will find a mini-fridge which on the day of arrival will be stocked with a welcome pack of drinks.

• If you would like to replenish any drinks, please fill in the "Minibar order" form on our webapp.
• The order will be processed automatically and your account will be charged.
• If you have booked in All INCLUSIVE, the drinks you order will have a discount on the marked price, as a service concept.
• Orders delivered in the morning will be served in the afternoon until 16:30 hours.
• Orders delivered after 16:30 hours will be served the following morning until 12:00 hours.

• On the webapp via your mobile/tablet you will find the price list for "WASHING ONLY", "IRONING ONLY" or "WASHING AND IRONING".
• Ask at reception for the list, tick the desired service and fill in the number of garments you wish to send to the laundry.
• Put the price list together with the clothes in the paper bag you will find in your wardrobe and place it on the bed.
• Inform reception so that our cleaning staff can collect them.
• Remember that cleaning hours are from 9:00 to 15:30.
• This service is available every day and we will return your clothes within 48 hours.
• If you require a 24-hour express service, there is a 50% surcharge.
• The hotel is only responsible for a maximum value of 300% of the amount requested.
