On arrival you will receive a number of ticket(s) for the towel change that you are entitled to during your stay.
If you wish to change more towels than this, you will be charged an "ecological service fee". Please contact the reception for this purpose, where you will be given a ticket.
The change of pool towels (free or with charge) can be done with the corresponding ticket next to the lifeguard stand from 10:00 to 12:00 hours.
If you have booked a Esencia room and you wish to change your pool towel, you can do it daily and directly at the Princess Spa, free of charge.
According to town planning regulations it is not allowed to hang towels or personal clothes on the balcony balustrade. Please use the clotheslines only.
