Cleaning service
Room cleaning hours are from 9:00 to 15:30.
If you do not wish to be disturbed, please indicate this with the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign. Please remember to always remove it before 15:00 so that our staff can clean your room.
Linen Change
Aware of the need to protect our planet and that natural resources are increasingly limited, particularly in the Canary Islands, we appreciate your cooperation. In your room you will find a card that you can use to request a linen change. If you wish to have your bed linen changed, please place this card on top of the bed pillow.
