For security reasons, the employees of the Hotel''s Technical Service wear a polo shirt with the Princess Hotels logo and a name badge on the chest.
Repairs and breakdowns
We ask that you please check the day of your arrival for any damage or anomaly that may be found in the room, notifying reception of such. For damages caused by misuse to the furniture, fixtures and furnishings, we will be forced to charge the corresponding replacement or repair costs.
