  • If you have allergies or intolerances, please inform our Maitre d''. He/she will inform you of the foods we have that are compatible with your allergy or intolerance.
  • Use your mobile phone or tablet to consult the drinks/meal menu, which you can scan using the QR codes displayed on the tables and in your room.
  • To avoid waiting, ask the waiter for your drink before going to the buffet.
  • Breakfast and dinner buffets are served at your leisure.
  • For health and safety reasons, food may not be taken out of the restaurants.
  • For health and safety reasons and for better conservation and quality of your wine we do not reserve uncorked bottles, for this we have bottles of 0.37cl, 0.50cl, 0.75 cl. or by the glass.
  • It is not permitted to enter the restaurants with drinks that have not been purchased at the hotel.
  • Drinks will be charged directly to the room. It is therefore essential that the waiter/waitress scans your bracelet to check your details and identification of the meal plan you have booked as well as to charge your account, if any.
  • Cash payment is not accepted, only credit card payment.
  • We do not make table reservations, but we do make service reservations.

For your comfort we recommend the least busy schedules:

  • Breakfast: from 7.30 am to 8.30 am and from 10 am to 10.30 am
  • Dinner: from 18:30 p.m. to 19:30 p.m. and from 20:30 p.m. to 21:30 p.m.
